Hand embroidered one-of-a-kind sacred heart on black velvet. I used many different embroidery threads, including satin, metallic, and metallic thread. I sewed metal beads on for the thorns, ab finished red crystals for the blood drips and used bugle beads as well. I used foam board to attach the velvet onto the matte board with T-pins, and I bought the frame which is made of a plaster material and I spray painted that copper. 20" x 24".
